Palm chat support

HP Recommended

I know this is a little off the subject, but there does not seem to be a message category for this question.

I had some questions about downloading software and syncing my Tungsten E2 and tried to use the free Chat support on Palm's website, but could not get the chat to work because it kept asking for my mobile phone number and name of wireless carrier, which I do not use.  I looked for e mail support but could not find that either.  Is there any other way (besides the paid phone call) to get any help from Palm if  you don't use your palm device for wireless communication?

Post relates to: Tungsten E2

and how glad I am, that you are here because it doesn't appear that Palm Support is very interested in helping anyone.  What's with that anyway?  I have a problem with sync.  I'll post it under an appropriate subject heading.

The chat support is designed to fit all products from handhelds to wireless phones.

For mobile phone number you can simply put none and for wireless carrier there is an option for does not apply, this should work out well and give you direct access to Palm chat support.
