I know this is a little off the subject, but there does not seem to be a message category for this question.
I had some questions about downloading software and syncing my Tungsten E2 and tried to use the free Chat support on Palm's website, but could not get the chat to work because it kept asking for my mobile phone number and name of wireless carrier, which I do not use. I looked for e mail support but could not find that either. Is there any other way (besides the paid phone call) to get any help from Palm if you don't use your palm device for wireless communication?
and how glad I am, that you are here because it doesn't appear that Palm Support is very interested in helping anyone. What's with that anyway? I have a problem with sync. I'll post it under an appropriate subject heading.
