I need help on how to recover a copy of Windows 10 for my laptop with a new hard Drive. I don't have a copy anywhere as it just crashed on me with no chance to do anything. Any help would be appreciated

Hi,

Please download from the following link:

      https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10

You can only install the SAME old version/edition with the valid key which is already on your computer and Windows will activate automatically when you go online. You don't need to enter the key during installation process, just pass this step.

Regards.
