HP PAVILION 23 ALL-in-One PC
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have put the Win Cleaner usb program in several times and it just won't pop up on my screen so I can input the serial number and activate it. For some reason when go to My PC it just won't show up. It is getting very frustrating that no matter what I do that I can't get this program to download so I can run it. I need some assistance and any advise would be really appreciated, thank you.

Hi there @AOliver21,

May the Forums be with you!  It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I understand that you cannot get a program to read from a USB device.  I am happy to help with this.

Are you able to read or run other files when using any other USB Flash drive on this computer?  If you are able to then it may be an issue with that particular USB Flash drive, or something may be wrong with the file stored on it. If no USB device will work with your computer, then try following this: HP PCs - Troubleshooting USB connections (Windows 10, 😎.

If it seems like a problem with the file itself, then WinCleaner Support - wincleaner.org, may be your best bet.

Please let me know whether that works for you, and if it does resolve your issue, please mark this post as a solution. Kudos would also be appreciated.
