Sprocket 200
Android 9.0 Pie

Hi!

My Sprocket 200 has been charging for the last 3 hours and the charging status hasn't changed.  It's been red the entire time and the printer itself won't turn on.  I bought the printer a year prior and only used about two times, printing about 15 pictures.  I was reading around and it seems that the printer has a hardware issue.  Unfortunately, the manufacturer's warranty already expired, is there any way to fix it, or am I just stuck with a broken printer?

Thanks!

@shanel0207, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand the Sprocket is not powering ON, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document.

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
