sprocket

Should  we be able to charge my daughters sprocket using  a standard phone charger ? 

cant find the cable that accompanied the device  and  left it charging over night (using one of the multitute of generic charging cables  we have accumulate ) and hasn't charged.

Her friends who also have sprockets tell us they charge theirs using standard cables.

None of the standard cables we have seem to insert all the way into the port  - so not sure of the port is damaged (from a cable being forced in upside down etc )  or if I should try to get hold of a new charging cable specified for Sprocket ?

I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns

 

HP recommends using the correct AC Adapter for each Products because using a different Power Supply Adapter might damage the Product due to voltage /  Power difference

 

If you do not have the AC Adapter and misplaced it, I suggest you contact HP Support to get one

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
