My sprocket is charging but it will not come on, any ideas why?
@Alainahallam123, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Make sure the Sprocket is charged for at least 30-60 minutes before powering ON.
Reset the sprocket
Remove the paper cover.
Locate the Reset button.
With a paperclip or pin, press and hold the Reset button until the Charging Indicator light turns off.
Replace the paper cover, and then turn on the printer.
