Operating System: iOS

I have tried connecting my sprocket to my phone as well as other phones and it won’t show up, keeps searching for printer. I have reset the sprocket as well as my phone, deleted the app several times and nothing is working. I have not had an issue up until now as this is my 4th time using  on the first 2 goes it connected straight away and i printed a photo but after that ive had issues ever sense. I have tried all the step multiple times and still nothing
