Hello

 

We have just received our HP Sprout for our library makerspace and it has arrived with the HP 3D Scan Software Pro v5, rather than the older Sprout Capture software.

 

Most of the videos and user guides are for Capture and we are struggling to get the software to work.  It doesn't seem to be calibrates correctly either, but we never received any calibration panels with it.

 

The guide here https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05286558 is useless as it focuses more on the HP 3D Structured Light Scanners, rather than  HP 3D Scan Software Pro v5, and we are very much beginners.

 

Does anyone know of any sensible user guides/notes/videos that may help us?
