HP Pavilion Multimedia Monitors

I'm attempting to do a factory reset on my hp stream laptop. Ifollowed the instructions but unable to successfully complete the action. I learned that my D drive is full and  I'm still trying to figure out how to clear the D drive

How do I go about this without distroying the drive?

Hi @RPurcell54

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.

I understand that you were trying to do a Factory Reset but it was unsuccessful.

I'd like to help.

Have you created a Recovery Media yet? If you have the Recovery Media, you can attempt the System Recovery

If you do not have the Recovery Media, please contact our Phone Support to order one.

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.

Thank you.
