I have my recovery key and after entering it, it requires me to restart.
After restarting I am prompted again to enter it. I can not seem to get passed this step.

Please note- I have the recover key

Thank you for posting your query in this forum, it's a great place to find answers.

 

I reviewed your post and I understand that BitLocker is asking for the recovery key every time you start the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

As you have mentioned that you are unable to boot to desktop and after the recovery key computer restarts, I recommend you make sure that there are no devices connected to the computer like flash drive, external HDD or any peripherals and test.

 

If the issue persists, then I recommend you do a reset on the computer.
