Hi! I cannot start my laptop at ALL. And if so it takes hours and hours to even load up the desktop SLOWLY and when logging in, my desktop is completely black and cannot download anything, or even load up settings, or click the windows icon bottom left on the desktop. When turning on i went to the recovery options with shortcut and couldn’t automatic repair saying error code 0xc0000185... and doing a system detect to see about whats gone wrong it only failed HDD short DST check... my failure id is: PW7NXF-97BA2W-MFPW3G-60WA03 thank you
