HP Recommended
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

No longer communicating with a Mac or a PC via the HP Connectivity Kit software, been factory reset and tried in recovery mode, still no communication.

 

The previous day was working fine but the next day was low on battery and when plugged into laptop it failed to appear and would lock up if powered down while connected, unless powered down as soon it's plugged in and will charge.

 

Cable fully working and checked, issue is with the calculator itself.

Apart from the USB side everything else on the HP Prime is working as should just no way to transfer data too or from device via USB.
