eStation 510
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Zeen from the eStation 510 expanded and looked like it exploded. The internal battery has expanded/bulged/exploded causing the Zeen backing to pop out and rendering the Zeen unusable, will not fit in the charging station and also seems to be dangerous and indicative of a defect in the manufacturing process.

 

What should be my next step(s) in trying to resolve this issue?

The ussue has not been resolved and no one called me today asd I waited for a phone call from Orlando Mancha..
