I forget the password to my main account and i been using the guest account but i cant do alot its the minimum i can do and i need it for work so how could i bypass that and master reset

Same issue here, my winre don't work, can't command prompt, reset, just absolutely nothing and I have blue screen stopcode critical process died, ready to toss my dv6 in the trash and move up to Android FML you find out let me know cause nothing on this internet has worked so ....
