Product: HP Palm smartphone - Model - P102UEU

My colleagues and I worked for HP Enterprise for the last ten years, before we merged with CSC and became DXC. We found these HP Palm smartphones, during the closing of our Aberdeen office. We would just like to be able to use them as phones, if we can?
