HP Stream 8 Tablet - 5901tw
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

AFTER I PERSS THE POWER BUTTON IT STARTS AND LOADING BUT AFTER LODING BLACK SCREEN APPEARED.....NO EEEOE MESSAGE IS SHOWING.....

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

  1. Shut down the Tablet.
  2. Unplug the tablet from the wall socket.
  3. If the battery is removable, Remove the battery and hold the Power button down for 15 seconds.
  4. If the battery is non-removable, while the tablet is ON, hold the power button down and wait for the Tablet to shut down and still hold the power button down for another 15 seconds.
  5. Turn the Tablet ON and check.
