HP Pavilion 590-p0127cb

My computer will not start up. It is showing a blue screen with “recovery” and error code: 0xc000000f. I do not have the original disks from when the computer was purchased. Anything I can do to try to get it running?

Hi:

See if your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.

You will need to have access to another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
