Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am facing this issue from last 3 days. I have tried some methods to solve my problem but none of them worked for me. I cleaned RAMS, Processor, and also gave heat. My supply is working fine for my friend's PC. 

 

Issue is: when I connect the power cable it automatically starts the power lights. One light is always on, but one is blinking... Fans are slow, also doing same like lights. 

 

Please help me. I can't go to shop because of COVID-19. Thank You.
