3 months ago I was unable to print. Contacted Microsoft the we noticed that my Cisco wireless would go offline. The tried using the USB line, reinstalled the printer which worked. The problem I'm still having is I'm not able to scan. When I access the HP Solution Center it says the Installation was incomplete. I insert the disc and it says there is a Firewall that is preventing access. I contact Microsoft and they say it is not their firewall. Any suggestions on how I can resolve the situation.
