Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased 7 of the G5 EliteDesk Mini's. All perform poorly with the Microsoft Designer Bluetooth keyboard sets.

It generally requires 10-20 seconds to wake up the keyboard input (typing characters)... even though moving the mouse is what wakes the screen in the first place.

We use the identical MS Designer keyboard sets with 4 of the G2 series EliteDesk Mini's--no lag time whatsoever.

HP did not provide a resolution other than to contact support.
