HP Recommended
Product: Pavilion 690
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Both of the front USB 3.1 ports (USB 3.1 Type-A Gen 1) have broken off internally, rendering them both inoperable. I'd like to replace them, but am not finding the part number anywhere. I've checked with the PartSurfer and even a few online parts stores, but am unable to locate. Can someone point me in the right direction? Also, what would be the difficulty level in replacing this part? Thanks in advance for your helpful comments and suggestions.
