Product: HP S2031
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello i have a HP s2031 Monitor that will display only for a second after a power reboot, unplugging and replugging the display cable, and a restart of the computer. I have gone through the power settings and shut off my screen saver as well as turned off the sleep mode.
