Product: Example: Pavilion 15-au116tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My battery is fine gives 2 hours backup.But yesterday my battery was 70 percent and i plugged in the charger and after 20 min suddenly a sound came from fan or mother board like some housefly stuck in fan .then i removed charger to hear the origin of sound but as soon as i plugged out my laptop got shut down and since then it is not turning up on battery and showing "85 percent Available, plugged in". I checked battery from bios .it says "cannot check battery because it is nearly fully charged discharge the battery and try again" .
