Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,I am facing some problems with the intel hd graph 4000.When i am updating it TO TE LATEST VERSION or any version my screen goes Black and i have to enter in safe mode and uninstall the driver.I am using Windows 10 64 bit,latest updates,Latest Bios from Hp site.Model 6470b.What can I do?I need the Intel driver not the mc basic display.Should I reverse the RAM modules?Updating to the latest version is NOT A SOLUTION.Thanks and sorry for my bad english,i'am from Romania.
