Product: Hp envy 13 d061sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I have a ho envy 13 d061sa notebook and when I start it I login and it will take me to home screen and after a while the screen would just go blank but is still backlit. I have tried searching for a fix and still haven’t found one. Also the laptop works normally in safe mode. I have tried many things and I also full reset my laptop and installed a fresh version windows however I got through the setup but 1 min later the screen went blank again. Are there any fixes? Thanks
