Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought this HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae013dx at BestBuy and have had issues with it from the beginning. This is the replacement for the original one purchased three months earlier. We've had it in GEEK Squad at least three times and have had fans and  the motherboard replaced, among other things. It has now completely died and BestBuy says it's the motherboard, again, and it's now my responsibility to fix it.

 

It's less than 3 years old and it should have lasted longer since it's been under warranty and serviced by an HP authorized shop. How can I get some financial assistance to go towards another laptop? I don't want something for nothing but, less than 3 years old and past issues being known I'd respectfully like HP to help us out.
