HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15t-cx0000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just bought this laptop couple days ago, everything else is working fine but the audio is having problem

The speaker from the laptop is good, but when I try to use my earphone here comes the problem

There is only sound from right ear not left, and there is huge loud noise from the left.

At first I thought it was my earphone but it works fine on other device, then I thought maybe it is not compatible with the combo jack(3.5mm trs 3 conductor), so I bought a new headphone which is 3.5mm trrs four conductor, which should be perfectly compatible with the combojack. But then after I plugged in it still has the same problem

This is a brand new laptop and I haven't done anything with it nor did I mess it around, it has been sitting on my desk the whole time. So the only reason I can come up is there is something wrong with the combojack, mabye when they made it in the factory they messed it up.

Please help!
