HP Recommended
Product: Elitebook 840 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a Phillips monitor with an integrated  USB c hub and my Elitebook 840 G5 won't charge over USb c. Colleagues with the same monitor and Dell laptops do not have the same problem, nor does my Mac Mini.

I saw this same question asked June 2020 with no responses. Anyone have any fresh ideas?
