Hey Hp,
I recently upgraded from Windows 7 pro to Windows 10 pro on my brand new Zbook 15u G3. This laptop has an AMD FirePro W4190M graphics card. Before upgrading, AMD catalyst used to correctly detect it as W4190M. But after upgrading to windows 10, it first showed that some other AMD Radeon card is running. I downloaded and tried installing the driver for W4190M,on which my laptop said that no GPU is plugged in. After that I did a complete factory reset, to see if my problem gets solved. Still, it is not detecting any graphics card. Neither is it appearing on device manager, nor on amd catalyst. What to do?
