Product: HP Bluetooth Mouse X4000b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I laready have a HP Bluetooth Mouse X4000b, but was dropped and now it working only intermittantly. I purchased a new one, same model and it will not connect at all. The old one connects fine still, but the new one will not! I have a HP ProBook 650 that I am trying to connect it to. I have taken the batteries out of the old (broken) one so my laptop will not look for it. ALso tried using Device Manager and removing/Deleting the mouse and it seems to find the old again, but it won't conect or find the new one. No Luck! HELP!!
