Product: HP EliteDisplay S140u
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP EliteDisplay S140u. When I plug it into my laptop, it flashes the HP sign for 2 seconds and then the screen goes black. I tried to click the power button but it stays the color of amber. I am not sure what the issue is. I've download the latest driver from the HP website and that didn't do anything either.

 

I am not if the power button is broken or if i'm missing something in the software.. Can someone please advise me how I can resolve the issue?
