Product: HP Probook 4530s Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI,

My HP Probook 4530s laptop has a strange problem. It switches off at random time (not every time) when i touch it.

First i thought its due to the issue of some drivers but they were all fine. I even changed the OS from Windows 10 Pro 64-bit to Ubuntu 19.10 desktop but the issue is still same.

I have also updated the BIOS from 68SRR Ver F.09 (Release 05/13/2011) to 68SRR Ver F.65 (Release 02/13/2018) but it didn't solve the issue.

I am using 12GB RAM (8GB + 4GB) in it since the last 3 years but the issue has came since last month.

Please guide me.
