HP by OMEN 17
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi HP experts,

I've had this Omen 17 w224tx for about 4 years now and still performing quite well.

My system current spec is as below:

Intel® Core™ i7-7700HQ

2 TB 5400 rpm SATA

2x8GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM

SSD IM2S3138E-128GM-B - 119.24 GB

Questions:

I would like to replace its current 128GB SSD SATA with a 2TB NVMe model like ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD,

the warehouse of the product advised since my OMEN 17 currently has a SATA SSD I surely can replace it with a SATA model, but for the NVMe model, they ask me to check with HP as some models may not support the NVMe. I tried to read through the manual for Model 17 W201 through W299 (below link) and I can see there are some SSD NVMe mentioned in there  but not sure if they apply to W224TX. Could you please help?

Thanks a lot.
