HP Laptop 15-dy1xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I try to connect my phone to the pc via hotspot but (on the phone) it tells me Connection… and it doesn't go on. I am connected to the internet via an ethernet cable and I have tried several times to restart the pc and to update and reinstall the network drivers. Solutions?

My pc is a Windows 10:
Serial number: [Personal Information Removed];
Name: HP Laptop 15-dy1xxx;
Seller: HP.

The network cards in the pc are:
Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCle Adapter;
Wan Miniport (IKEv2);
Wan Miniport (IP);
Wan Miniport (IPv6);
Wan Miniport (L2TP);
Wan Miniport (Network Monitor);
Wan Miniport (PPPOE);
Wan Miniport (PPTP);
Wan Miniport (SSTP).

My mobile is an Oppo Reno with a pop-up camera.
I also tried with different devices but it doesn't connect.
I also tried to reset the network connections but nothing.
