Product: Hp probook 640 g1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have encountered this problem when I tried to enter uefi firmware from the advanced startup. When the laptop restarted to enter the firmware, it got stuck after the logo loaded and now it can't even boot normally. I have attempted to enter the bios(to use safe mode) using esc, f10, f11 and win + b to no avail. Using the bios recovery usb flash hp recommend doesn't work either. I appreciate all the help. Thank you.
