Product: Example: HP Pavilion 17-ar050wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Need to replace the battery but can't remove the back from my laptop, optical drive can't be removed. The Help video shows a 10mm P1 Philip's head screw on the back case that needs to be removed in order to remove the optical drive. MY laptop does not have one. I have the back all loosened up but don't dare go any further because it's still connected near the optical drive. How do I removed the optical drive and finally the back casing??
