OMEN by HP 17-cb0006na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

My laptop wifi performance is very poor and this has happened all off a sudden in the last 3 weeks. Before, wifi had incredible speeds, however now it has poor signal and 50 Mbps/s. I tested other laptops and the mobile phone in the same location and both achieve 300 Mbps/s, which is what the Omen 17 laptop used to achieve before. The wifi card is Intel Wi-fi AX200. The laptop is 6 months old - Omen 17 with 31 months left of warranty.

I have updated bios, removed drivers and install the latest updated ones from hp, did sytem tests and diagnosis, checked the power settings to ensure wifi is set on maximum performance. Nothing seems to improve wifi performance at all.

In addition, the bluetooth connectivity has become very poor and drops out if I move beyond 1m away from the laptop.

Any help would be appreciated.

THanks,

Bogdan
