Product: HP Spectre 15-ch000 x360 Convertible PC

My laptop was working fine this afternoon, it fell asleep and now it won’t wake up or turn on. The power button light is blinking. The charging light is white indicating a full charge. I’ve seen instructions to power reset but the computer won’t even turn off for me to do the power reset.
