HP ProBook 430 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello All 😁

I have a ProBook 430 G7 and I tried connecting it to a BenQ T221W external screen, using HDMI to VGA adaptor (this screen has no HDMI input).

For some reason, it works fine on Duplicate/Extend modes but if I switch it to Show only on 2, I get the picture for about a second and then the screen turns off (if I'll put it back to Duplicate/Extend it will come back fine).

I connected the exact same monitor, with exact same cables and adaptor to a Samsung NP350V5C-A01L and there it works fine in all modes (the Samsung has the same version of Windows 10 as the HP ProBook and same HDMI output - 1.4).

I tried changing the resolution and the refresh rate and I also run windows update, but nothing helped.

I would really appreciate your help.

Thank you very much
