Hi HP and fellow community,

I've just bought this laptop and everything was working fine until today when I noticed that my 4G network has dropped off. So I tried to remove the SIM tray by depressing the tray for it to spring out. Once it's out in that position, trying to remove the tray is impossible. I'm making the assumption that the SIM card is stuck in between the tray and the inside of the laptop, causing the non-removal of the tray. This would also explain why my 4G network dropped out - question is, how do I fix this?

This laptop is only 4 days old. Does anybody have any tips / tricks at all on the fix? Thank you all very much in advance.
