Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, 

 

I am having issues with connecting my Sony Wf-1000xm3 earphones with my HP Spectre x360. The laptop is able to detect other bluetooth devices with the expection of this device. I am wondering if it has something to do with the software? I've tried updating the latest bluetooth drivers and restarting the device but it seems to not work. Would appreciate it if I could receive some help to solve this issue.
