Product: Elite book folio 9470m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am a user of a windows10 pro. Recently,my system capslock and key B and N stops working and I have tried all ways in making sure that I put it back in place but it is to no avail. I have tried updating the system but it still won't work. Anytime I used the on screen keyboard,It will work. But it is hard to use.
