Last night I did a windows upgrade and left my lap top with a blue screen. No start up no nothing. After reading some posts and a few youtubes later I got it up and running. The HP guys said I was missing msinfo32.exe file and needed it before anything. Whith some research Oi believe my BIOS failed or just took a nap. Before I call the HP guru again, i wanna see if I cant take care of it. So. I looked for the right software and nobody has it.. where can I find a trust worthy free download, and what else should be replaced. I will look into all matters before i go and start slamming downloads at it. Thanks yall you are great.
