HP Recommended
Product: Probook 6470b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

At the sign-in option in settings at fingerprint option there written: "We can't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint".

 

I also install "Synaptics WBF Fingerprint Driver" from HP official site but the biometric section does not appear in the device manager and also does not fix "We can't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint".
