Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help please.  I was working on some worksheets in word because I'm teacher. I save everything and close Word but there show up a blue screen saying SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.  I wait for the restart but it never happens.  I turn off and turn on manually but it stuck at please wait.  I do the three power off go to trouble thing but it says it's not my password when it is my password so y can't enter.  When I turn it on it keep showing "please wait" forever.

 

Please, I really need help, is almost a new computer and I only use it for work.
