Product: elitebook 755
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I bought my Elitebook 755 G5 2 months ago. The last weeks I have a problem with opening some apps. Every time I restart my laptop the apps which do not open change. In the beginning it was my Netflix app, now it is the mail app and the notes app. I cannot open them on my taskbar, and when I search for the app and double tap or ask for open it does not nothing. The apps who do not open also 'disappear' on my taskbar, but when I click with my right mouse, it shows which app is suppose to be there.  

 

I already downloaded the new windows update, but the problem stayed.
