Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i saw somewhere on google that there is a battery that connects to another port on the bottom of my laptop. when i open the battery thing on the bottom right it says battery 2 is "not present". where could i possibly purchase a battery that sits under my laptop?
