officejet x576dw
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

since this morning, my officejet x576dw reports
a problem with some paper jammed on the adf panel....even if I haven't use it....
and there's no paper jammed on it.
I tried to power off the printer, but the problem still remains.
The front panel always shows the paper jam error and invite to remove an inexisting paper.
If I try to push 4 times the left arrow (I've updated the firmware) sometimes the 007c9c98 error appears.

The printer works, if a try to print a file, but

as I said before, the front panel always claims that there is a paper in the adf panel.

how can I fix the problem?
