Product: Officejet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-In-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Up until a couple of weeks ago, I was able to print wirelessly from my HP Spectre 360 laptop to this printer. Now every time I try to print, I receive the error message, "Printer validation failed."  In addition, when I check on the printer in Settings, it says, "Driver is unavailable" right underneath the name of the printer.  Meanwhile, I'm still able to print from my iPhone just fine.

 

Has anyone else had this issue and/or know how to resolve it? Thank you!
