HP Recommended
Product: Officejet 6960 Pro
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I can Ping it but not 'find it" using Network utility.

 

HP Smart cannot find the printer of course.

 

These have been working in the recent past. I've printed off the HP Network configuration page. So have all the info available to aid your answer.

 

I am successfully reaching the outside world Other sie would not be able to type this up.

 

The room is covered bt two routers a TP-Link 1750  Archer C7 Dual-band & Linksys Wireless G at 2.4mhz Both with same wireless name and password so that devices can seamlessly find the best route. The TP-Link is the one connected to the outside world and the Linksys is simply an extension. But I have tried with it off - no change.
